“Citizens for Fair & Equitable Allocation of Resources sans Discrimination”; a freshly minted NGO had filed a Public Interest Litigation suit against Jaipal and his company. They argued that “Electricity” is the basic need & fundamental Right of men and since Jaipal & his Company was making tons of money through worldwide sales; they ought to legally be constrained to give it away free or at fair price to everybody, without any discrimination which they were guilty of.
Nobody had heard of this NGO a couple of months ago. It had mushroomed as if from thin air. This organization's members were mainly Christians and Muslims or Chrislamists who were anti Hindu. The CFEARSD, it was known to be financed by American Bible thumpers and Saudi Oil companies. The main purpose behind this PIL was not the stated one, but was to create roadblocks; because it was the effort of a single individual and no multiple agencies were involved, the concerned parties through their dirty tricks departments or so called black ops, were not able to arrange convenient “accidental deaths” or fake espionage cases, to stop the development of this technology as they had done with India's Space and Atomic research.
Jaipal was expecting something like this and had wondered as to what took them, so long to act. The case was slated to be heard in a week's time in the Supreme Court of India. The fact that the case was admitted to be heard in the supreme court on short notice, was an indicator of powerful levers being pulled.
Jaipal had a meeting with his associates Ashutosh, Dakshesh, Srividya, and Surjit Singh, to plan a strategy. He took inputs from everybody, made extensive notes. Jaipal also read several blogs online and jotted down some points.
In the courtroom when the trial started, Judge asked him as to who is representing him. Jaipal got up and said nobody other than himself will argue his case and that he would not be conducting regular trial but will give his defense and testimony from the dock.
The prosecuting lawyer made a long winded opening statement. He waxed eloquent about the rights of minorities and fundamental rights of everybody towards equal share of natural resources such as electricity.
Then he started to enumerate the charges against Jaipal one by one. The main thrust of the charge sheet was that Jaipal and his company had discriminated against certain sections of the society on the basis of religion. While Hindus and others were getting the generator Jaipal had invented for "X" rupees, the same was available or sold specifically non-Hindus for "4X" rupees. Also he had unfairly banned non-Hindus from working for his company group. This they are argued was discriminatory and sort of apartheid.
Jaipal went to the dock and started his statement cum testimony.
"At the outset I do not consider my actions as crime to warrant such a trial. I am following my fundamental rights granted to me by the Constitution of India. The Constitution of India gives me right to Life and Property -- property that I can own ,sell,rent, hire out or dispose off to whomsoever and at any price I wish and nobody can force me or stop me from doing so with any motive whatsoever. I have my intellectual property rights protected by the law. The instrument was invented by me using my own resources and intellect; this fact is undeniable. It gives no other person any right whatsoever to control manufacture, sale or distribution my invention. It was said in the petition that electricity is "natural resource" and should be made available freely to everybody as a “right”. To this my reply to the petitioners is " well go ahead and harness it from the cloud that discharges lightning"; it is I, who has made it possible for anybody to use the electricity in a controlled manner through my invention viz. Agasti GenSet.
Also let me warn everybody that any attempt to reverse engineer my product will be exercise in futility. I have placed a very tiny amount of chemicals inside the cavity of the instrument. Any attempt to tamper with the product will result in all the inside circuits mangled beyond recognition. Quite a few people have already tried this much to their disappointment. Also every instrument contains a GPS device pre programmed with latitudes and longitudes outside which the same chemicals will come into action. For example the instrument made for use in India will be useless in Saudi Arabia. This is to prevent smuggling of equipment to countries for whom the product is not to be sold at concessional rates. In addition to this every piece of equipment leaving my factory has a unique alphanumeric identification code number; and sitting at my office I can disable any instrument which violates the terms of its use. This clause is contained in the End User’s Licensing Agreement. In effect I have installed a ‘kill switch’ in each piece going out of my factory. I have taken all these measures to protect my intellectual property. I don't need a patent. If this is a crime, all those people who lock their houses while being away, are criminals; which would make all the people in the world criminals.
I have taken these measures to avoid lengthy avoidable legal battles AFTER somebody steals my property. I simply do not have time.
To whom I sell, at what price, when, how is entirely my business and nobody else's. This happens to be my way of looting the looters. For close to 1200 years India was looted by foreigners. They have collected an unjust tax, indulged in outright robbery, deception and plunder of Hindus, it's just my way of recovering the loot. By giving the generator practically free to Hindus I am rewarding them for having spine, not buckling under pressure of the tyrants from non-Hindus rulers & converting.
Ancestors of today’s Hindus were brave people,they did not give in to tyranny of the then rulers and kept their faith. On the other hand those who succumbed to torture or incentives handed out by the same tyrants got converted; they were cowards and their descendants are being punished for the sins of the ancestors. This may sound a bit crazy as why should someone be penalized for their ancestor’s sin ? It's as crazy as the Reservation System being practiced by the government for last 70 years. If me as a Brahman is required to suffer by law for the so called atrocities supposedly committed by my ancestors than there should be no legal objections for my actions, in fact I should be hailed as progressive.
The reservation system was for scheduled castes and tribes, by giving lofty arguments that they were discriminated against and trampled on by ‘upper castes’ for five thousand years particularly by Brahmans. The fact is that Brahmans never were tyrannical rulers anywhere anytime in last 5000 years. So today’s Brahmans are required to pay for their ancestors’ non existing sins. I am using the same logic and making the non-Hindus to pay for the real chronicled atrocities their ancestors had heaped on Hindus.
This reservation system was later on extended to other backward castes, keeping an eye on vote bank. The initial reservation was supposed to be withdrawn after 10 years but it has been extended till now for electoral calculations. Similarly Muslim vote bank who was nurtured for similar ends. While non-Hindus formed vote banks and pressure groups, Hindus were divided on caste lines. If this system being practiced at present is hailed as “progressive”; mine is equally so.
Always the Hindus and Hindu practices are ridiculed and denigrated. It was Hindus who are insulted and discriminated against the most in Hindustan so much so that Hindus were ethnically cleansed from the land of Rishi Kashyap, also known as Kashmir, by Muslim majority. They were threatened, killed, women raped, forcing them to leave the valley. Today they are living in their own country as refugees. My actions are answer to those Muslims in the Kashmir valley. They have committed a crime and they have to pay for it. Also in some places in the rest of the country there are no-go Muslim dominated areas. My action is answer to them also. Our news media is no less guilty. If a Muslim cafeteria manager is asked to taste food which was bad in quality, and a Hindu forced him merely taste it and see for himself, the media ran the story video in loop for 3 days but was silent on the suicide of a vegetarian Hindu schoolgirl who was force fed beef at Christian School .
Since the declared agenda of the Muslims is eventual world domination by Islam, all Muslim people are exhorted to behave in such a manner so that the final aim is achieved. They are loyal to their cult and would be working towards the agenda. They are never loyal to the country they live in or the company they work for. If any company hires some Muslims they will lobby for hiring more Muslims and then their demands will start, first they will demand a prayer break, prayer rooms,prayer rugs or mats; when that is granted they will demand halal food in the cafeteria. They will make life difficult for other non Muslims in the factory by constantly demanding one thing or other. That's the reason why I have 'no Muslim worker' policy.
The same can be said about Christians. They are loyal only to Vatican or their MISSIONARY masters in the USA, UK & Europe. One of the difficulties we have in India is identifying a Christian because quite a few of them converted from Hinduism have retained the Hindu names. For such cases at the time of recruitment a prospective worker has to give declaration that he doesn't belong to the Christian faith or Islamic faith. If later on he is found you have given a false declaration he can be sacked without notice.
I don't think that these actions of mine are in anyway illegal. Our Newspaper can carry job advertisement inviting applications from Muslim candidates or Christian candidates only. There are several advertisements in print media announcing "Christians only" or " Muslims only" housing societies. Even government and other private employer’s recruitment ads, government schemes’ beneficiaries specify ‘for Muslims or Christians only’. Nobody thinks that such ads are discriminatory. Is it because Hindus are discriminated against? I have not seen any government scheme or scholarship program for Hindus only.
I offer jobs to Hindus only and in my book a Hindu is that person who is of faith of Dharmic or Indic origins.
If you have not protested against discrimination of Hindus you don't have any right to protest actions of mine either. India is probably the only country in the world where majority is discriminated against while so called minorities are favored. I want to change all that.
I would ask the same people as to where were they when the Brahmans and forward castes were discriminated against by the government. Is it because the Brahmans and other so called forward castes were Hindus and not Chrislamics ? Is it because they do not form big enough Vote Banks? It is because they have been brought up on a distorted history written by Chrislamics and Communists; which denigrated anything Hindu and Hindu practices so much so that today's Hindu is even ashamed of being Hindu. I want to change all that. If it were up to me I would have it declared that following Christianity, Islam & Communism are crimes punishable by life imprisonment; because they have violated the Principle of Reciprocity. Instead of respecting the hosts i.e. the Hindus, like Jews and Parsees did; they set about destroying Hindus & Hindu Culture. In my books they are not Religions at all, at best they are just dogmatic cults.
For a very long time Hindus have been receiving a raw deal in their own country. This is going on for as long as about 1200 years. In ancient times Hindus were prosperous civilization, in the real sense of the word civilized. There was a democracy in few regions and no poverty in the country. The whole thing changed by the arrival of Muslims at first as looters & then as tyrant jihadi rulers.
Muslims are not the only group of foreigners to come to India. Iranian Zoroastrian people of Pars region, fleeing from Muslim persecution came to India. It is said that they landed at the Gujarat coast near Sanjan. Their leader sent an emissary to the king requesting permission to live there. The king in reply sent a pot full of milk back to the Iranian leader. The Iranian leader inquired of his emissary as to what happened in the court of the king. The emissary said that the king did not reply anything verbally but has sent this pot of milk in and as a reply. The leader then put a pinch of sugar into the milk and the pot was delivered back to the king. The King’s men had also gone along with the pot of milk, they reported the proceedings at the Iranian camp. After hearing that the king immediately gave them permission to live there. Many of his courtiers were puzzled by the King’s actions. The King then explained first I sent a pot full of milk indicating that there is no place for them in my kingdom; the Iranian leader replied with a pinch of sugar indicating that just as a pinch of sugar doesn't make the milk overflow from the pot likewise they will stay here and in the process sweeten the milk also. Those Iranian people had come are called "Parsis" today and how they have 'sweetened the Milk' !
Similarly Jews, hundreds of years ago, after being persecuted from the homeland, dispersed all over the world. Wherever a Jew went in the world he was persecuted, but not in India. Few of them landed in India at the Konkan coast now in Maharashtra. They were given asylum with no questions asked. They took up the trade of extracting edible oils and over the period of several decades monopolized it. They had such an influence on local Hindus that since they were keeping the tradition of Sabbath, oil was not available on Saturday; now Hindu people consider it inauspicious to buy oil on Saturday. Many of the Jews after formation of Israel went back to Israel; but some of them came back to India because they felt more comfortable and “at home” here.
Both Parsis and Jews practiced their religion freely for hundreds of years. The Hindu accepted them as fellow human beings. The Hindu did not try to convert him or kill him and neither did they try to convert or kill Hindus. They lived peacefully side by side coexisting in the spirit of brotherhood.
One of the earliest resolution passed in Israeli parliament was thanking India and Hindus for not persecuting the Jew.
With the advent of Muslim raiders everything changed. The harmony among Indians was destroyed forever. The aim of Muslims initially was to loot and carry back the loot with them. Later on they started converting people to Islam and those who did not convert were killed ruthlessly to terrorize the living Hindus. Muslims went on a rampage of killing looting and destroying the Hindu culture. They knew that without the culture civilizations succumb very easily from the experience in Iran, Iraq and Egypt the countries that converted to Islam 100 % within a span of a decade or two each. They tried similar techniques India and went on destroying universities and other learning centers, which form the bedrock of Hindu philosophy. It is said that the Nalanda university library was burnt and the fire raged on for over 6 months. Such was the size of the university library. Yet they failed Islamise India for more than a thousand years.
Many got converted like this but many more resisted. Notable among them were Rajputs and Sikhs in the north, Marathas in west, Ahoms in North East and entire Vijayanagara Empire in the south.
Hindus were treated most unfairly somewhere after 1947 or few of years before, especially by one man called Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi also erroneously known as the Mahatma. He himself projected himself as staunch Hindu while remaining pro Muslim all his life. His advice to Hindus was to get killed with a smile on the face never mind if all Hindus were finished off by Muslims. He killed the virility of Hindus, the very people who had resisted conversion to Islam for more than 1000 years and then to Christianity further 200 years under British rule started giving in meekly to Chrislamics. 1200 years ago the population of India was almost 100% Hindus & other indigenous Dharmic faiths. At the time of independence the Hindus were 85 percent of the population but now they are less than 70 % net. To put this in perspective- 15% people got converted in 1200 years of Chrislamic tyranny, and the same 15% got converted due to Gandhi’s pro Muslim Non violent Doctrine in less than seventy years flat. The governments that took charge the country after independence from British rule continued Gandhi's anti Hindu principles and they honed it into an art. Subsequent governments under Nehru thru Indira Gandhi committed injustices and atrocities on Hindu population in the name of secularism. So much so the word secularism has come to mean " pro Muslim" and " anti Hindu" in Indian context. Muslim can stand on the street and declare at the top of his voice, publicly that he is a proud Muslim but the same thing if said by a Hindu he is branded communal.
Even under a Prime Minister who is labeled as “Hindu extremist dictatorial Ruler”; the Hindus continue to suffer indignities. Several thousand schools run by Hindus are forced to be closed down under draconian RTE, from which Muslim and Christian run schools are exempt by law. If the Hindu-run school has any grievance they are forced to go to a committee which is entirely composed of non-Hindus; Hindus are barred from having representation on the committee by law. Hindu Temples are government control and sometimes a Muslim or a Christian administrator is appointed to control Hindu temples. The cash collections thus looted from the Hindu Temples is used to fund the Christian Churches & as Subsidy for Haj pilgrimage to Mecca by Muslims. The Mosques and Churches are free to do as they like. Do you know that the Church in India is the largest landowner after the government? Quite a few lands were given by the British on 99 years lease, their lease is up but no government has even thought of reclaiming them. Kashmiri Pandits are still out of Kashmir living as Refugees in their own country after decades of being driven out of their ancestral homes by Jihadis. The Rohingya Muslims from distant Myanmar are relocated as Refugees in Hindu majority Jammu region of Jammu & Kashmir State. Ram Mandir is still not built. Article 370 conferring special status to Kashmir is firmly in place. West Bengal and Kerala are going the Kashmir’s way into the hands of Jihadis, where Hindus are killed routinely like clockwork and our Hindu nationalist PM does not bat an eyelid. The man who is called “Enemy of Muslims” by Muslims in India, goes to a Sufi Conference and sings paeans of Islam. The PM whom Hindus voted into the office seeing in him their savior sets up a Helpline for Christians after incidents like Rs.8000/- robbery from a Christian School or a Church being pelted by stones by some drunkards,probably Christians themselves but does not utter a word on a robbery of Gold worth Rs. 1.86 billion from Shree Padmanabhswamy Temple in Kerala. A Muslim in UP steals a calf of a cow from his neighbor, on being charged with the theft, the son of the Muslim arrogantly fires a bullet at the Hindu cow-owner. Killing a Cow or its progeny is illegal in that state. Old Muslim man is killed in a free for all that followed. What does the state government do? Instead of arresting the Muslim for firing a pistol and injuring a man, they threaten the injured person into silence and give Rs 4.5 million + 4 spacious apartments absolutely free, as compensation to the Muslim whose father was killed. The Leftist commies and Liberals get a stick to beat the Hindus. They organize a campaign against “Growing INTOLERANCE of Hindus”, Awards were returned in protest of “Growing INTOLERANCE of Hindus”. The campaign went international and Hindus were painted as Intolerant lot by world media. Meanwhile our PM was giving lessons exhorting Hindus to remember Mr M K Gandhi’s teachings on maintaining peace and harmony in society. So much from a so called Hindu extreme nationalist Prime Minister of a country consisting of 70% Hindus.
Sometimes I feel that Nathuram Godse made a mistake the killing Gandhi. He has managed to create a monster or ghost which still haunts us. By killing Gandhi he has created martyr out of a worthless bigot. Mr M K Gandhi was fountainhead of Hindu hate, is venerated in Hindustan, nothing could be sadder than this.
The day that Hindus stop venerating Mr. M K Gandhi will be the day Hindus will achieve glory in the real sense. There never will be a swindler like Gandhi.
Since 600 BCE and until 1500 CE India had the largest share of World GDP ,above 30%; and China close second. For the next 200 years China had a top position and India second at about 24% to 29%.These figures are published by a renowned British Economist Angus Maddison in his report. For about 30 years he collected data analyzed thoroughly and then wrote this report. When British came and took over; India’s share of World GDP was about 24% and when they left in 1947 India’s share was mere 2% of World GDP. India was reduced to exporter of Raw Materials from the status of Exporter of finished Products.
We have to recover an amount of hundred trillion rupees from the Christian world, being the amount looted by British in 200 years. Their Industrial Revolution was funded by looting Indian public by way of unjust taxes and outright robbery. As someone had famously pointed out that - The British Industrial Revolution took place at the cost of De-Industrialisation of India. This amount represents approximately the original cash and taxes taken out of India plus 8 % compound interest; adjusted for inflation and the cost of lost opportunity. Similar amount or more has to be recovered from Muslim world, the Arabs, Turks and Mongols who had looted this country for around 1000 years before the British. I intend to bring back this amount through the sale of my invention and its spin offs: and not by hurting them physically or by ruling them tyrannically as they did in India. Of course they can refuse to buy my products, I will never compel them to buy these products. It will be free volitional choice of theirs; for their own interests.
Let us see if they choose to use the same old fossil fuel and their cars requiring frequent stops for refueling, paying money for refueling and pollution of air; instead of a car requiring no fuel, emitting no pollutants, running quietly, a car with and ability of running continuously or till its tyres are worn out.
In her much acclaimed book “Fountainhead” Ayn Rand has sketched two characters. One is Ellsworth M Toohey. He is shown as one who hates “Good” for being Good, “Value” for being “Value”, Greatness for being Great and “Efficiency” for being “Efficient”; in short pure unadulterated EVIL personified. I see an eerie similarity in his qualities and those that of Islam’s. Islamic Jihadis burnt libraries of books containing Knowledge saying that - any knowledge not contained in the Koran was useless. They reduced cities,temples that were works of Art to rubble. Even today once prosperous parts of Syria ,Iraq, Libya etc are destroyed.
Other character of Ayn Rand’s Fountainhead is Peter Keating. He is painted as a Second rater, who appropriates other’s intellectual product as his own,without acknowledging the source. He preens in an unearned glory. The early Christians were exactly like that. They stole knowledge from Egyptians initially, later from Arabs and when they discovered that the Egyptians and Arabs had the knowledge from Hindus, they started stealing from India and Hindus directly,without acknowledging the source; in fact going an extra mile to hide the source. Much of the early advances in the field of Astronomy, Mathematics, Physics and other sciences were of Hindu origins. Calculus, Algebra, Trigonometry, value of Pi to 30 places of decimal to name a few had their origins in India. “A Tale of Two Calendars” on YouTube has exposed the chicanery of Christians. Even the Newton’s Laws of Motion, Pythagoras Theorem, Atomic nature of Matter, Spherical shape of the Earth (Geography = Bhugol in Sanskrit, Bhu means Earth or Ground and Gol meaning “Round”) were known to Ancient Indians long before people in Europe started coming out of their Caves and started getting Civilized. 2600 years ago several Universities like Takshashila,Nalanda and many more were up and running with several thousand students in each of them.
All of the glory was reduced to penury because Hindus were Dharmic Rule bound people. Even their wars were fought with sacrosanct Rules of Engagement such as fighting started at Sunrise and stopped at Sunset, If the enemy accepts defeat they were not to be molested, non combatants, unarmed combatants, women, children, property and standing crops were spared. The Islamic hordes that arrived did not know or respect these Rules of Engagement. They went on a orgy of loot, plunder and destruction of Hindu lives & property. It is said that Mahmud Ghori was defeated and let off by Prithviraj Chauhan as many as 20 times. The 21st time Ghori won; he tortured, blinded and killed Prithviraj Chauhan. Same principle was followed by early Dutch, French, Portuguese and British missionaries; later by British East India Company.
Now in present times the “Anti-Hindu” campaign is ably carried forward by our Media - Print and Electronic, especially the English language ones.
Almost all the news channels in India have anti Hindu agenda. They are being funded by Christian Missionaries from USA and Europe. Some are also funded by Muslim influenced interests from Saudi Arabia and Middle East.
As is the practice in basketball game, to mark a particular player from opposing team I am going to mark every news channel. Hindu-X channel will counter anti Hindu bias of the news channel X and so on for every news channel by prefixing the word Hindu in front of the respective news channels names.
The channels can take me to court and file a case or lot of cases, now there is a Hindu who has deep pockets, will to fight and lots of time to wear them down. I can buy them out and take over their outfits, but I would not do so. I want them to suffer. I will file cases against them for every little “transgression” against Hindus, let the top people in these outfits face the music. I want them to spend inordinate amount of time attending many cases in different parts of the country. I want them to be constantly traveling to attend one hearing after other in courts located in the country. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Dwaraka to Kohima there are lot of courts. I have earmarked a billion rupees for hiring Lawyers to file cases on behalf of an army of of Paid Litigants and if needed I am prepared to commit more funds. My aim is to harass these anti-nationals and force them to close shop.
When this happens this court or any court will not even consider to hear charges against me, but that’s in future.
In the present trial if the court finds me guilty as charged and if the court sentences me to jail; I will not move voluntarily, you will have to send police with guns and at the gunpoint will I move. If the court levies a fine on me I will not pay up voluntarily, you will have to seize my property to collect the fine.
Let me ask the Court something. If any of you Judges saw Hanuman straining under the weight of Dronagiri Parvat being chastised and berated by Sri Ram instead of thanking him; what would you tell him?
One of the older Judges seemed perplexed by this change of tack. He remarked “I would not be able to to say. What would you tell Hanuman?”
Jaipal replied in an even tone “To Shrug and that is what the Hanuman in every Hindu will start doing. Hindus have committed an unforgivable sin, that of Tolerating the Intolerant. Muslims and Christians are ill treating the Hindus who have been saving their sorry asses for too long without getting any gratitude in return for their efforts. In Fact the more a Hindu tolerates the more he is harassed. Step out of your lofty chambers and look around - Do you see the Hanuman in every Hindu being thanked and venerated or berated and ridiculed? He in labeled “Saffron Terrorist” if he offers even a semblance of resistance. Why “Saffron” ? because it happens to be the color worn by Hindu ascetics and holy men. They don't use “Green Terrorist” for a Muslim terrorist or “Blue” is not associated with mercenary Christians. “Blue” as in “Blue or Porn Films”, seems apt for Christian activities; given their so called Father's penchant for SEX, Rapes and Pedophilia.
How long is Hanuman in every Hindu expected to carry this burden? The temples are looted by Government to fund the Mosques, Hajj pilgrimage of Muslims; and Churches, pilgrimage to Jerusalem, while Hindu pilgrimages are taxed, fares for trains and buses are raised in the Hindu Festive season.
In this scenario I will definitely tell Hanuman to Shrug, and Shrug he would some day soon, if the powers that be do not correct the course they are following that unjustly victimized him.
Let me tell you something which nobody in this room is aware of - the entire proceedings of this trial are being video-graphed and tomorrow it will be seen on Youtube for whole world to see how Hindus are treated in their own country by their own courts. There is a lot of resentment in Hindu community against the Indian courts and justice system. They feel that only Hindus and their practices regulated by Indian courts. The courts pontificate on Indian Hindus women’s right to pray at Hindu temples, but say that they don't want to interfere in religious practices of Muslims, when it comes to Muslim women being banned entry to Haji Ali Shrine. Hindu temples’ finances are under government control but churches and mosques are not. So I request the Judges to consider everything before arriving at the verdict.”
The three Judges had a long conference after which they declared the verdict - “On all charges we find Mr Jaipal not guilty.” They went on to methodically narrate the reasons in legalese but Jaipal & his team were not interested in details.
The prosecutor asked Jaipal “Who was doing the video recording ?”
Jaipal asked “Why ? ”
Prosecutor said “That’s the reason you seem to have got a NOT GUILTY verdict, especially after your powerful speech describing the plight of Hindus ”
Jaipal with a mocking smile and eyes replied “Nobody. I had an idea then, that these proceedings should be seen on YouTube. I bluffed and the bluff seemed to have been paid off. I am going to start work on developing a non metallic video camera for future use”.
The Prosecutor looked stunned as if they had seen a horrific event as Jaipal walked away and joined his team.
